Hello friends,
I realized it’s summer for those in the Northern Hemisphere, where the sun and heat are up. I haven’t been sharing many activity-related posts so here is one for you I recently discovered.
I have always admired gymnasts. They exude grace with their nimble bodies. Not all of us are born to move, tumble, or split like gymnasts but there is one move you can certainly do.
PANDICULATION - Stretching and Yawning at the same time.
This is how you “pandiculate”.
As soon as you open your eyes, stay in bed.
Clench your fists and your toes.
Curl in a fetal position.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale, open your jaws wide.
Unclench your fists and toes.
Uncurl yourself and open your chest.
Stretch out all your joints, from shoulders, elbows, knees, and hips.
Push your hands and feet against the headboard if your bed has one.
Do this until you no longer feel the release of tension from your body.
🌤️ Good morning, America, Canada, and wherever you may be reading this.
Congratulations! You have just earned yourself an Olympic Gold Medal for executing the pandiculation movement to a perfect 10 score.
Do you know who else does this all the time? Cats and dogs!
Let me know how this goes? Hopefully, you will look at pandiculation in a more fulfilling way from now on.
Some other stuff from me:
No new videos or articles from me lately.
Instead, I have been focusing on rebuilding and restoring old friendships and kinships. It’s been surreal, to be honest, in a good way. I am still on the fence about whether to write about them or how to write about them, without exposing too much about my private life.
