Hello friends,
After a 6-month hiatus from writing this newsletter, unexpectedly something just aligned with the cosmos. Perhaps it is the day before the first Solar Eclipse of 2022, but I woke up feeling recharged and ready to emerge from my “cocoon” and say “Hi” here.
As you may have noticed, I have renamed the newsletter from “The 3Min Club” to “Yours, Yan”.
This has been in my heart and mind for while. I felt that I had taxed myself unnecessarily with writing and producing videos with each post. My creativity fuel tanked as it felt like a chore. I couldn’t bring myself to write for the sake of writing. Call it the artist-tension or integrity, I just wouldn't and couldn’t publish a post.
The past 18 months had been fun with The 3 Min Club but I needed to honor my own energy and time outside of the digital life. (I hope you do that too!)
Besides, it seems like most of you may prefer to read than watch me “move." 😄
Even though the name has changed, Yours, Yan, still house personal stories written from my heart.
My goal of Yours, Yan is to be the newsletter for those above 30 who want to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives with soul-aligned kindreds. Because having someone who “gets you” just makes the world go so much better.
Ask Kristi from Disgruntlings & Grief Notes. 🥰
My hope with Yours, Yan is that my stories, somehow, send a ripple of positive, loving, and healing touch to your heart, wherever you are.
Till my next (soonest) post,
Yours,
Yan ❤️
Some other stuff from me:
I’m feeling nostalgic all week and ready to party at home, that I open a bottle of cheap red, dance and belt my sub-par vocal codes to these playlists. [No judgement here. lol]
Maybe I am subtly celebrating the major lift of restrictions here in Singapore, though it remains to be seen how long this “freedom” will last.
Let me know if you are the 90s/00s person. I confessed that my music taste is stuck at the 2000s. I have no idea what is so alluring about the latest music.
Appreciate your hearts and comments.

Your thoughts are welcome too.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great week ahead.
I've been wondering where you were but at the same time, I completely understand burnout or lack of passion for a project.
I'm happy to see you back and looking forward to your new direction. Lord knows I'm over 30 and always looking for a happier life 😌
Welcome back
