Iâm going to keep this really short.Â
I know many of you are busy wrapping things up, figuratively or metaphorically speaking, at work or at home, getting ready for the Christmas gathering or just taking the rest of the year off.
I have nothing much to offer today except this lovely reminder.Â
If you are feeling overwhelmed with all the festivity energy, do your health a favor.Â
BREATHEEEEE.Â
It is okay if you feel like you are not getting it all together or feel like the year has not ended âwellâ for you. Just breathe.
We come into this world breathing in. We leave this world breathing out.Â
And from the first to the last breath, we may have forgotten to take mindful time to really breathe for our cells, for our hearts, for our minds and for our souls.Â
One of my favorite go-to breathing techniques is the 4-7-8 method.Â
