Headphones are a game changer. I’ve rediscovered running during the pandemic, and playing music has extended my runs a ton.

Love this post! I haven't lost much weight from walking but I've gained sooooo much mental well-being from it!

I might add a #4 to your list - get a dog. When I got my dog during the pandemic my entire life changed. She gets me outdoors as much as I have time for. I clock roughly 15,000 steps a day on my smart watch.
