I might add a #4 to your list - get a dog. When I got my dog during the pandemic my entire life changed. She gets me outdoors as much as I have time for. I clock roughly 15,000 steps a day on my smart watch.

So funny thing is, i just wanted to lost about 5 lbs. But boy 13 lbs is alot. Now I am moving into muscle/strength gain. We women can be so fickle-minded. haha.
#4 -- ah dog. yea something like a companion. Def. works for some. 15k steps at a consistent pace is really ideal.

Headphones are a game changer. I’ve rediscovered running during the pandemic, and playing music has extended my runs a ton.
I gained back what I lost. So the secret is don’t stop. Else the devil will return with a vengeance. Good job Yan!
